"Upon check-in, there was a sign noting recent thefts in the parking lot and recommending locking your vehicle. I appreciate the transparency, but that made me a bit nervous. Overall, staff was professional and helpful, and the room was clean. Breakfast was OK/good. The indoor pool itself was fine, but the room itself could use a lot of updating and cleaning."

"Check in was easy , we went up to our room to put out belongings away, made a 2nd trip to the room and went out for dinner. Returned to have our keys unable to open the door, went to the lobby they rescanned my room key to try again. Nothing...so they try the master fob key, nothing. We had to sit outside our room for an hour while they REPLACE THE AA BATTERIES that work the doors. But still nothing. Another 2 hours we wait for another maintenance person that "might" get us in the room but maybe...

"Two minutes after arriving, we had a knock at the door. Not expecting anyone, my boyfriend responded “who is it?”. A voice of an older man said “the boogy man”??? We asked what he was going at our room, to which he said “I’m about ready to knock this door down”. After calling hotel security, they came up and said no one was in the halls anymore and to call if we hear it again. After finally falling asleep we woke up to loud noises at 4 am that didn’t end until 5:30. It was two people opening and...

"Fine hotel. A little old and worn but clean and fully functional for all our needs. Bed was really great and water pressure was superb too."

"The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. There was no shampoo or conditioner. There were two bottles of body wash and one empty conditioner bottle in the shower. The sink and floor were dirty."

"Check in at 3pm staff was terrible for sure need to be replaced. I they were recibe complain before about the same staff. Look like they don’t care . Thanks"

"Just pretty ‘down’ - entrance area smelled, the breakfast was awful (I turned on my heals and went to BUY coffee), they gave away my friend’s room and made up a bunch of excuses. I don’t think there was even an elevator? The sheets were a weird fabric… perhaps some unhomed people Living there? No chance I will make this mistake again."

"Very nice and clean room. Staff at front counter were always super polite, helpful and welcoming."

"The carpet in room had patches of no padding n worn out look overall. Front desk was not very welcoming but it was a late evening ckin. Ice machine not on my floor - 1st floor only. Fridge was not turned up so warm when arrived but cooled down eventually. No Freezer compartment for reusable ice blocks."
