"Our stay at The Grandview Las Vegas was okay overall, but not quite what we expected. The employees we interacted with were helpful and friendly, which we appreciated. However, we requested housekeeping during our stay and they never came. We were also not provided enough towels or basic products for a large family staying in a double suite, which was frustrating.

"The room was not clean, the floors were absolutely disgusting, the mirror in the bathroom was broken, the handle for the sink was broken along with the sink in the kitchen.
