They did tell us the week before we got there, by then it was too late to find other accommodations. But when we were able to eat at the restaurant it was excellent and the staff is great. "We selected the hotel based on its location and size only. It’s across the street from Notre Dame and only has 10 rooms. It’s an old building that was nicely restored. The rooms and bathrooms are a good size. The hotel is located on a main street and is very noisy at all hours. I mean all hours midnight and 3am making sleeping very difficult. They offer a serve yourself continental breakfast for 18 euros which really isn’t worth it. We only had it once. The staff is polite."

"The location of this gem of a hotel in the Latin District is excellent. Near enough all the activity yet the rooms are quiet. My room was tiny but workable. I am sure the property has bigger rooms. It was well enough appointed although a chair that provides back support would be an improvement. The pool is nice but the hotel lacks a fitness room. The breakfast food was quite good with something for all diets. The hotel itself has a Bohemian vibe that grows on you after a day or two. ...
