First, the advertisement for the property was misleading, as many features shown and described online did not match what we found upon arrival. For example, the property was advertised as having a gas barbecue grill on the front porch, and when we called to confirm before out travel, we were repeatedly told there was one. "Pros: close to restaurants, theaters, and grocery store. Spacious. Staff is responsive and friendly. Cons: The code I was given to unlock the front door did not work, even after they changed it (three times). To be let in, I had to call the staff and they would unlock the door remotely, every time. The location is good but does not feel safe at night. The hallway and staircase is dirty. The coffee pot did not fit the machine - it was much shorter than necessary so the coffee did not get...

"Upon checking in, we were each given a drink ticket, good for 3 cocktails. Our room also included and excellent dinner buffet and breakfast buffet! The room was clean and comfortable. Excellent staff! Very friendly ! And they have their own, enclosed, parking garage! "

"This was an absolutely FANTASTIC stay!! The area is lovely and safe to walk outside, the staff is fantastic & friendly, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. They have a shuttle that we utilized and made our trip to the downtown arena Quick and easy! They exceeded my expectations and the rates were very reasonable!!!"
