"The room is outdated. The tv did not work and I informed reception and they said they would send someone up. No one came. I had to go all the way back down to reception to cancel the request so I could go to bed. Check in was nice. The lady was very friendly. I asked if I could check out 1pm instead of 12 and she said that was fine. I got a phone call the morning of checkout after 12 asking if i wanted to stay another nignt or if i was going to check out.
