"The staff were excellent at helping me settle in. Being an english speaking Canadian not knowing much Spanish this was helpful! Room service was always fast and delicious! I recommend the grilled alpaca (sort of like goat). I would just say potentially consider adding a larger selection to the menu however this is a personal preferance as there are many places to eat in Cusco. "The hotel is beautiful! The room was spacious and very clean. Hot water for every shower. The breakfast was delicious. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in a great location. We loved staying here. They also give you lots of pillows for the bed, which we loved and have heating! We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone trying to decide where to stay in Cusco. You won’t be disappointed, it’s an awesome place! We would definitely stay again! "

"Beautiful true gem. It really exceeded my expectations. Location was great, near all the restaurants and a couple of blocks from main square. Authentic 1700’s family hotel with all the charm of a real Cusco historic home. Rooms comfortable, very roomy (we got the family suite). Staff there was very helpful and friendly, big thanks to the nice ladies that run the kitchen during breakfast time and went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed their delicious meals. Highly recommended! "
