While I understand there is a War going on in your region, Negative Comments were made to her regarding her Ukrainian Citizenship by your front desk staff during her checkout. The Nationality of a customer I hope would never be an issue and it is unfortunate I was not present to hear such...

"This hotel is well kept. They are conveniently close to the airport. Rooms are small, but clean and nicely appointed. Not bad for Europe. Breakfast is nice, but not cheap. The overall cost of the stay is very reasonable for a European city. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. There are very few other amenities nearby if you want dinner however."

"As I travel regularly to Warsaw, I always find extremely economical accommodations that offer everything I need. There is both inherently wrong with this property. Some might find the surroundings a little sketchy. Having said that I never felt unsafe. Wouldn’t recommend for families, especially if children would want to take a walk on their own."

"It’s a dump. Rooms are not maintained. Just the basic. Should not have the name hotel attached to the name. Think it is a front. Like a scene from a movie. Slump. Mole , grime and absolutely not maintained. Only good thing is it is in a developing neighborhood. Praying for an alternative solution for the near future"
