"The apartment was clean, had a balcony and is in a great area of Fishtown. Restaurants and bars were close by, the neighborhood was very walkable, and everyone it seemed was walking a dog, which I loved. Great communication, easy check-in and entrance, and a great neighborhood at a reasonable price makes The Frankford a great bargain. We will definitely stay again when in Philadelphia. "

"Having no elevator was not as bad as I thought. Parking was a bit hard to find but we managed. Everything else was amazing. Area was fine to walk in. The place had everything we needed and more. Laundry, bedrooms, kitchen and so much more "

"I was expecting a waterfront property based on the Expedia listing picture. It wasn’t, however, the street was cute and quant and a true picture would’ve sufficed. Aside from that, it was perfect a cozy place for a quick stay. The area felt safe and nice and quiet. Parking was convenient. Its location nearby a beautiful park and a driving range. The air quality was a pit poor. Worth the money and very am satisfied. "

"We absolutely ADORED our cute and VERY CLEAN room! Amenities were exactly what we needed and the property manager (Capital Hotel, I assume) was very communicative and helpful. Parking was exactly as described (free, on-street). Having never been to Philadelphia before, we weren’t sure what to expect, but it turned out the property is in a great location for getting around (especially on the transit busses). There is an Aldi’s and a wine and liquor store nearby; we stocked our fridge with...
