Tian Chang Di Jiou Bridge

I stayed here to be Semicon since every other hotel was full or charging 3x price, it had everything I needed and nothing fancy added. The room: clean, secure, bthroom layout was good. The duvet is pretty thick and warm. Staff: helpful and most spoke ok English Gym: the equipment was all Startrac, all worked fine but could use some oiling because they squeaked a bit: a few treadmills good 15% incline. One recumbent bike, two upright bikes, a front motor elliptical (no incline and no stride adjustment that I could see) that I used every day! 1 cleanliness fix is they could have more cloths and alcohol spray bottles for wiping down your machine before & after use. There was just one cloth for everyone to reuse! The yoga mats needed a good wipe down. I’d recommend BYO. There were bands, yoga blocks, foam rollers, yoga balls, dumbbells & cable station, Roman chair and weight bench. Breakfast is AMAZING VALUE: I’m vegetarian and am always worried going to a new hotel with buffet breakfast if i will go hungry but no worries here! Note that while there is plenty to eat for lacto-veg, if you are vegan it is definitely a challenge. There is cereal, a nice selection of breads (no cupcakes or muffins but maybe that’s a good thing 😉) rice congee with sides, white rice with sautéed veg, excellent coffee, salad bar, yogurt bar, taro buns, steamed pumpkin and more. How to improve it? Add fried tofu to your sautéed veg for plant-based protein!
