"Ideal location just a few steps from the main square, close to restaurants, the university and to shopping. Excellent service, powerful AC for those 36C days. The staff were super helpful and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful with healthy options. There is also a small grocery store, pharmacy one minute walk away, abs we loved visiting āFresas y Chocolateā (chocolate dipped strawberries) across the street for an amazing fresh treat every day. Thank you for a very comfortable stay!"

"Stunning hotel in a great location, view from the pool is like a postcard. Breakfast is next level with an extremely high quality buffet with the option to also order hot food from a menu. Couple of areas need improvement for this to be a truly 5 star hotel - bathrooms in the rooms, broken umbrellas by the pool and majority of staff are not rude but indifferent, there was a couple of exceptions to this however majority are indifferent. Additionally the boys that work at the pool bar are glued to their phones which isnāt helpful or a great look at a 5 star hotel"

"Spacious, clean, good air conditioning and a nice value priced breakfast served by an exellent and friendly staff who spoke good English. I enjoyed the stay with my family and the price is fantastic! Discount grocery store, LIDL is also a short 2-4 min walk away which was super convenient."

"Beautiful and relaxing hotel. So peaceful and a romantic location, perfect for those looking to chill out. Our suite was large, had lovely big fluffy towels and dressing gowns, and yummy smelling bathroom products. We used the gym, which I think is new - it was modern and had all the bits needed to get a work out in, other than yoga mats. We could only stay one night, but weāll defo be returning for a longer stay. Only negative, I thought it was a little mean to charge ā¬1 for a Nespresso pod in the room. Donāt hesitate, book it!"
