"We absolutely loved our stay at Sanouva Hotel! From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel like VIPs. They were incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to go above and beyond to make our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful, with extra-large rooms and spacious bathrooms that made it feel both comfortable and luxurious. We especially enjoyed the rooftop pool—it was the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. A highlight of our stay was the elegant afternoon high tea, which added such a lovely touch. The restaurant food was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was plentiful with a great variety of options. Overall, they truly couldn’t do enough for us. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Da Nang!"

"We had one of the most stressful hotel experiences here, and what made it worse was how poorly the situation was handled. On our first night, we were assigned two rooms: 3205 and 3112. Room 3205 was perfectly fine, but when we went to access Room 3112, the key card did not work. Moments later, a guest opened the door from inside and informed us that they were currently staying in that room. This means the hotel assigned us a room that was already occupied, which is a serious breach of privacy and security. We immediately returned to the front desk to report the issue. Instead of resolving it promptly, we were asked to wait around 20 minutes while they “looked for a room,” eventually giving us a different one (3118). No apology was given at that time. The next day, when we requested our key for the second night, the situation escalated further. A manager confronted us and attempted to show us footage of Room 3118 to “prove” that it was not occupied—completely missing the point. Our issue was never with 3118, but with the original room 3112 that they assigned to us. Despite explaining this clearly, the manager insisted that we must have misread the key card, which is simply not true. It was clearly labeled 3112, and we would not have encountered another guest otherwise. What is most disappointing is the complete lack of accountability. Not only was there a serious operational mistake, but the staff chose to shift the blame onto us rather than acknowledge the error or offer "

"If you want to stay away from the beach, this area can be a good choice. The Han Market is close by, and there are plenty of restaurants and cafés, just like in the beach area. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very helpful. However, I couldn’t ignore the strong perfume scent in the hallway at times and at the front reception area. It wasn’t pleasant for me, as I’m not fond of perfumes. Then again, when the perfume isn't presented, there's strong carpet ordor in the hallway. I guess it makes sense until there's another solution. There was also a noticeable smell of pollution in the room. I’m not sure if it came from an uncleaned A/C filter or from somewhere else that was open—I couldn’t identify the source. The room was also quite noisy—the windows seem thin, and you can hear outside activities very loudly. Earplugs were provided for guests, which helped a bit. That said, it got better late at night and didn’t bother me as much. I don't know if I can recommend their spa service. The first time, I almost felt anxious during the session. The therapist seemed to be just going through the motions—rushing and quite rough. Throughout the entire treatment, there was a loud, broken fan noise mixed with airplane sounds, along with the spa music. It was an odd and unpleasant combination, and I couldn’t relax at all. I just wanted it to end as soon as possible."
