"The room and staff were tremendous! I felt right at home. Room was super clean, and the amenities were appreciated. With it being off season, the room which looked onto the main walkway was quiet. In peak times I would ask for a room facing the other way. Highly recommend!"

"Every aspect of the stay at the Pan Pacific was exceptional. The staff at the front desk were kind, welcoming, and helpful in directing me to different locations. They upgraded my room to a suite with a separate bedroom, balcony, and fireplace. The size of the room was equivalent to my apartment in Vancouver. The hotel is close to everything one could need. It is extraordinarily clean and well-equipped. "

"We loved the property. Loved our room with vaulted ceiling. We loved the size of the room. But I do have 2 things. The coffee area near the lobby only taking bills so the minimum is 5 dollars with no change given when the coffee is 2.50 is a bit of a rip off. The property needs to invest in a second or third hot tub. We went to use the pool and hot tub and had fun in the pool it was nicely heated for the end of November but the hot tub was full of people that brought there alcohol and weren’t...
