"Excellent staff and very helpful"

"One afternoon, during our stay, while our room was being cleaned, my husband and I sat down in the lodge. When we went back to our room to rest before heading to the Cardinal’s game, I left my purse setting on a ledge and didn’t realize it until we were ready to head to the stadium. It had been about 2.5 hours. I panicked and went to the registration desk and they immediately called security. They had my purse in a safe place and I got it back with nothing missing, not even a penny!! This shows that there is still GOODNESS IN THIS WORLD!"

From the services we received: Valet parking, Reception, Security, Bar/Pool services, Dining - ALL were excellent, very friendly!!! There were services we didn't use, were not there long enough. "The air conditioning was out in the hotel on a very hot day unfortunately. By the time we got back to the room that evening it was working but it took a while to cool everything off. The one thing I noticed in my room was a light fixture not working in the bathroom. However the beds are very comfortable."
