"It was in a great location. I do not like contactless check in and service. There were no amenities. Shower head and faucet did not work properly. We were moved to another room which was better except that the shower was filthy. Mold in the shower. We were so discussed that we left early the next morning. Not high end or classy. We were charged for a cleaning fee and were told it will be refunded. It still is on the card."

Bed so comfortable. 1 in-person staff member supports more than one location, but when I called the number posted to park and then to check in, they sent parking directions quickly via text and had the key app facilitated. "My partner and I stayed during Mem Day. Such a great location right off commercial but still feels a little bit off the beaten path. Because it wasn’t peak summer yet it wasn’t crazy busy outside at Porch Bar/ the underground but we weren’t bothered by the noise of the music. Some people that go to bed super early might be. Really cool to have those amenities on the property! Staff was super kind and helpful. Beautiful place would stay again in a heartbeat!!"

"This is a very bare bones option for people on a budget. You do need to share a bathroom with other people on your floor, but if you do not plan to spend a lot of time in your room, it is a great option. Room was clean and warm and bed was comfortable. "

"Brilliant stay. Room looked exactly like the pictures - comfortable, clean…spacious and bright. The breakfast was delicious - omelettes, French toast, both perfectly cooked and the pastries are scrumptious. Wine and cheese hour in the club room is lovely - the guests are friendly and good way to find out what else to explore in the area.
