Uncomfortable stay!

On a hot summer night, the hotel was unable to arrange for a fan in our room. It was an uncomfortable hot night. Bad service. On the positive side, the breakfast was good and the location was great.

Modest room with character

Great for the price (80e). Worn out house but clean and charismatic. In the heart of the city. Good breakfast. Tiny bathroom and shower space. Recommended for nice enough, no thrills stay.

Super clean hotel with excellent service

Super clean hotel with very nice staff. Rooms are very comfortable, we stayed in #423 which had a cozy balcony perfect for people-watching. Breakfast had all the essentials. We had dinner at the hotel which was tasty and affordable with excellent service. A nice touch to the hotel is that it's quite old, with massive wooden floor and nice wall interior. Shower and toilet spotlessly clean. All in all, this hotel is very good and I will certainly visit again.

Strong scent of cigarette smoke permeated into the entire resident area of the hotel. Dangerous overuse of extension cords in the room, messily scattered on the floor. Several silverfish (sokeritoukka) and other bugs.

Huone oli juuri sellainen ”retro” kuin osasin odottaakin, eli vanhanaikainen mutta ehjä ja siisti. Hinta oli edullinen ja saimme koirat huoneeseen, joten kaikki hyvin. Tosin naapurit pitivät elämää ja kadulta kuului ääniä aamu neljään saakka, joten yö oli levoton

Das Badezimmer ekllig verdreckt, Türfarbe insgesamt abgeblättert, Türrahmen versmutzt, Sessel im Zimmer verdreckt, Gardinen aus der Halterung gerissen, Toilettendeckel lose, Toilettenschüssel gelblich verkalkt und der gesamte Raum roch unangenehm nach Urin und Hund. Das Frühstück war leider kalt und ni ht sehr appetitlich angerichtet, Bohnen, Würstchen u Speck kalt, Stühle im Essbereich schmutzig. Bei der Reklamation an der Rezeption kam man uns preislich entgegen.

Mitt fina Jakobstad

Vi hade en trevlig vistelse på hotellet och i Jakobstad. Väldigt fin service av personalen och frukosten var riktigt bra. Saknade kylskåp i det rummet vi hade nu då det var så varmt, men det ordnade sig då vi hämtade is från baren så man fick kallt vatten och vin. Ett förslag till förbättring i badrummet som var så bra, men en hylla under handfatet att ha toalettsakerna på vore smidigt. Jag tog in min resväska på golvet under så det blev bra. Tack för en fin vecka i min födelsestad.

Historiallinen hotelli Pietarsaaren keskustassa. Henkilökunta oli erittäin ystävällistä ja palvelu toimi todella hyvin. Huoneet ovat aika simppelit, mutta täyttävät hyvin tarkoituksen.

Överprisbelagt hotellrum från 70-talet. Låt inte namnet luta dig, det fanns ingen guest comfort över huvudtaget. Hotellets restauranger var helt ok och updaterade till 2000-talet men hotellverksamheten verkar endast vara en sidobuisness där de drar in pengar i och med att hotellutbudet är väldigt snävt i Jakobstad. Rummet var stort men väldigt omodernt, det var endast heltäckningsmattan som saknades annars såg rummet ut som direkt från 70-talet. Väldigt obehagligt, kommer aldrig att bo där igen. Smutsigt, gamalt, äckligt, kan inte förstå att det kostar över 100 €/natten! Personalen var dock vänlig och det bjöds på gratis kaffe i receptionen. Frukosten var ok.
