"i'm SO glad i chose this hotel for Jakarta. the 3 bedroom place was really great, great condition, clean and comfortable. with children the pool, indoor playroom and outdoor playground was exactly what we needed, also connected to lotte mall with a huge indoor playground. food was easily accessible with many restaurants at the mall and grocery store too. we also went for an art class in the mall and enjoyed ourselves. cherry on top when we left and reception gave us a little soft toy gift, our...

"The staff were all incredibly kind and hospitable, making my stay here extremely comfortable. I'd like to thank the male staff member who cooked and brought food to my room with a smile even in the middle of the night, the female staff member who asked me every morning if I wanted coffee, and the doorman.
