Amazing hotel and property. Service was world-class and intuitive. Never felt that I had to ask for anything because someone will be nearby offering some kind of assistance, or a warm greeting. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious. Family-friendly too.

Birthday Staycation at Park Hyatt Jakarta Had an amazing birthday staycation with the kids — half board included — and everyone had a wonderful time from beginning to end. Check-in was smooth and easy, assisted by Miss Fenti, who went the extra mile to arrange an early check-in for us. The birthday cake and flowers were such a thoughtful surprise — a true reflection of how Park Hyatt never ceases to impress its guests. The room design and size were flawless — pure luxury without boasting. Everything felt serene, refined, coherent, and thoughtfully designed — timeless chic. We had a fantastic time at the infinity pool, with Mr. Aldo being exceptionally attentive — taking care of us with genuine warmth. The kids were absolutely spoiled with welcome drinks, popcorn, and even a borrowed pair of goggles (thank you to the kind staff!). The Alexander McQueen Afternoon Tea, set dinner, and buffet breakfast were all exceptional — consistent with Park Hyatt’s high standards. But what truly makes Park Hyatt Jakarta stand out is their attention to detail and impeccable service — every touch feels personal and heartfelt. An intense, memorable, and luxurious experience — yet comforting in every way. We can’t wait to be back. ❤️

The best hotel I’ve been to in Jakarta hands down. The rating of this hotel may have been reduced due to the location, but trust that their service, facilities and rooms are indeed 6 stars. Deluxe room is absolutely massive with 3 separate rooms as bathrooms, a large walk in closet and corridor, plenty of seating area and amazing view of the CBD. Pool gym and spa exceeded my expectations by miles. Simply incredible. Lounge areas are endless for private conversations and 360 view of the city. Amenities are beyond compare - everything from goggles, spare gym shoes, to nappies! Ask if they have anything you’ve accidentally left at home and you’d be surprised that they can actually provide 😅
