"Our stay at LIV Hotel Jaipur was excellent. The staff was exceptionally courteous and helpful throughout our visit. A special mention to Irfan Khan, who went above and beyond to assist us by arranging a complimentary room upgrade when we requested a different view from the one originally reserved. "Absolutely unacceptable and deeply disappointing experience. This hotel is currently undergoing renovation, yet there is no transparency or effort to manage guest expectations. The temporary arrangements on the first floor are chaotic and severely compromise the quality of stay. The staff across the property is shockingly rude, unprofessional, and completely lacks basic customer service skills. At breakfast, the situation was nothing short of a mess — no proper greeting, no coordination, and...

"The breakfast was limited but tasty . The overall stay was very good we even got upgraded to business class room . The only negative is the price of room service item , I got 2 plain roti for almost Rs300 and one cup of tea was more than Rs400"
