"Great location with very friendly and helpful staff. Lovely coffee shop in the building with bagels and pastries (get there early as the pastries sell out fast) The açai bowls next door were great for my breakfast. Loved our clean, spacious room and we made good use of the outside space."

"The room was clean and check in instructions were clear. The location on the river was awesome. I think the furnishings need a little updating. First 2 nights were peaceful and quiet. Last night we had someone in room above us. Could hear them stomping around late and at 5am. I would recommend this place because of the proximity to river and trails."

"There was no hot water at all and the front desk staff were not only dismissive, but provided no resolution to our issues - no refund, points or credits. Additionally, they oversold and had to bump us to a different room, will never stay there again."

"I was charged $20 for Im assuming 2 bottled waters. I never received a full print out of the receipt that showed what the $20 fee was for. Paid over $400 for 1 night stay. Room was ok but not $400 worthy."

"The hotel itself was beautiful and clean and I love the concept. It was clean and comfortable however the staff was impossible to get ahold of even to this day almost a week later I have never been contacted back after calling texting and emailing the contact info they provided. To access the hotel you need a code. The code they sent me originally didn’t work so we were locked out for 30 minutes before we followed the other couple to the cafe next door to ask if they knew how we could get in....

"Buyer beware. If we could give negative stars we would. We booked a room here seven months ago and upon showing up, the very rude employee at the check-in desk told us he was not going to give us a room. We had travel 10 hours to get there And it was a very busy weekend for the city, so at the last minute there were very limited places to stay. The hotel itself seemed extremely dirty and rundown. We never expected the rude employee to call the police on us and have us escorted off or arrested...

"While we were in our room, the maintenance guy used a key to come in without knocking. He said there was a leak on the floor below us that he had to check our room for. Then that same day while we were gone, someone apparently came in the room and did something in the bathroom and left debris scattered all over the bathtub and counter, and then put our towels, that we had used on the floor. Which would’ve been fine, but housekeeping never brought us new towels."

"We really like this Hotel, but this recent stay was not our best. The room had a very musty/smoke smell. Staff was very kind a brought us some room spray, but the room still had an odor. We’ll definitely be back, but hopefully have a better room."
