Everything was perfect. The room had everything we expected. Having a washer and dryer was a super bonus. (If they sold individual cleaning pods on site that would have been convenient but we just purchased a small amount of laundry soap at the local Maxi Pali which was just down the road from our location.) Breakfast daily included was amazing. Fantastic food! The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do in Jaco.

The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful and the pool area was immaculate. Beautiful room and beautiful people and only a short distance walk to the beach.

Very nice property for an affordable price. I just wish they had better communication about not being able to allow guests in after check-in it kind of started my trip off bad. They need a bigger tv in the living room and Bluetooth upgrades for amenities inside the room. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would recommend it if you're a couple or bringing your family to Jaco. Very safe tourist location.

Overall great stay in Jacó. Only 10 minute walk to main strip. Only 1 entree pp for the breakfast that is included daily. The only issue for me was the WiFi was VERY slow almost nonexistent during peak hours. Was very fast during the middle of the night when most ppl were sleep. I would definitely stay again it was very clean and the condos were spacious

I really liked this boutique hotel condo. It was very clean very cozy, the people were great, and it was a close, walk to the beach and busier restaurants. I had a terrible experience, from the minute I was greeted. I’ve stayed at this property before & because of status I always receive an upgrade & it has been a very pleasant stay. However this time I wasn’t greeted properly & treated nice. I informed while checking in about a possible upgrade she denied to to me. The property had plenty of rooms available & I triple checked before I asked. However she was rude & not willing to help. I asked if I could speak with someone else she said she was the only one & it would need to be the following day however I was checking out the next day. The property is nice & I’ve always enjoyed the amenities. But if this new staff is going to be treating the guest this way I would not be going back

Actually stay the women at the counter remembered me and they made it a very pleasurable experience and if they read this, I just wanna say thank you for making it so easy to check in and check out and for the amazing strawberry ice sugar smoothie that I get every two months when I fly in, so thank you so much you guys are amazing. Oh, and they have handicap parking, which is excellent for me.

The suite has everything you need: stoves, roaster, microwave, dishwasher, cooking wares. There is a washer and dryer. It is a really nice one bedroom apartment. The only problem I had was the street sign of the hotel says “Oceano”. It is confusing and took me a while to find it
