"The breakfast menu was great! The hot tub was only warm… The restaurant had an amazing burger and the drinks were delicious☀️ Caroline in the bar was excellent!! Ann from Jamaica was also top notch customer service as was Erik who checked us in and out- always happy and ready to accommodate! Thanks for a wonderful week. Think about a smoking area… that would be best, an alternative to fines and welcoming🤩"

"This property is fresh, clean and modern. It has a beautiful pool area and lobby with plenty of places to sit and relax or gather with your group. It has a 24hr small "marketplace" where you can grab a snack, a breakfast item like a yogurt parfait or a pre-made salad. Wine, beer and other alcoholic beverages are also available for purchase at the Marketplace as well as coffee, tea, water etc. There is also a beautiful bar/restaurant where you can sit down for a meal. Breakfast is available starting at 6am which is great for those with an early flight out. I will definitely come back here when I stay in Jacksonville!"

"No one at the check-in desk for 10 minutes when I arrived. I could hear them Laughing in the back. Provided no water in the room or at breakfast. Free breakfast was low quality foods. "

"Definitely outdated! For this to be a Hilton property and the location that it’s in, I was expecting better. The room I was in wasn’t the best. The bathroom was small, there was no refrigerator and the walls were thin. I was very disappointed. "

"I was impressed with the stay as many hotels nearby are much more expensive and feel unsafe. This property was very well lit and felt safe. It was a great stay and great price! "

"Corine checked me in and was extremely courteous & helpful. The room is spacious and spotless, with a full kitchen. The kitchen is not set up with plates and utensils but i was able to get some at the front desk. The breakfast is very light continental style. "
