"Clean room, very accommodating staff"

"The jets didn't work and lights flickered so we moved rooms. Room #2 lampshade had mildew and hanging loose, tub had a pair of large open cracks, there were stains in the carpet and the cooling unit rattled loudly. Staff was great but it doesn't make up for the terrible food and run down appearance of the property. The hot tub and pool were both closed. One of the staff was screaming at someone from inside a housekeeping marked room around 10pm friday night. Expensive mistake. "

"The hotel looked brand new, but it is basic. Perfect for a nights sleep as the beds were very comfortable. There were really no amenities to mention though. "

"No hot water. No lightbulb in one of the lights in our room. Asked the front desk for one and never got one. Desk attendant was not attentive. Flashing light on emergency light in room was obnoxious so we didn't sleep well."
