"Friendly and efficient staff. Clean and spacious room, very updated. Breakfast was plentiful and fresh. We plan to stay here on future trips to WV."

"This was a very disappointing stop. Yes, the room was clean and desk person was friendly but otherwise very disappointing. The hotel is old and it shows. Chipped paint and cracked walls everywhere. The "gym" was a couple of treadmills. The breakfast area has about 4 tables and when we were there there was a literal busload of people eating and checking out before getting back on their bus. We took a cup of terrible coffee and left. I never leave reviews but we feel completely ripped off by the amount we paid for this stay and very mislead by the amazing reviews on here."
