"The staff here is excellent, very pleasant and accommodating. We had an issue with our room when we first checked in so they moved us to another room. The air conditioner was quiet and the new tub/shower was amazing!!! The best ever!!!"

"Overall, my stay was pleasant. The hotel was clean, quiet, and provided all of the amenities I needed. The staff was also very friendly and helpful, and I was pleased with my stay in general. However, I did have one very concerning experience that I feel should be mentioned. At approximately 6:30 in the morning, someone attempted to enter my room using a key card. Thankfully, I had the door latch engaged, so they were unable to enter. When I asked the front desk about the situation, I was told that it was not housekeeping, although it could have been security staff. That means someone apparently had a key card that could access my room, which is a serious security concern. While everything else about my stay was fine, this incident left me feeling very uneasy."
