"We stayed here two nights. We loved the location. Outside of the craziness of Jackson, but still within a nice distance to drive in. Fantastic proximity to GTNP as well. The room was spacious and included a microwave, mini fridge, and coffee maker. The bed was comfortable. We had very few complaints and the ones we did have were minimal. There isn't an elevator, which was fine for us, but may be difficult for others. And while I appreciate that the convenience store offers free coffee to...

"Probably one of the most disappointing stays we’ve had. We splurged on this hotel for our anniversary and unfortunately were disappointed. For the price, you paying for location not a nice hotel stay. There are things out of the hotels control so I won’t nag on that. But here are some things in their control… The bed was terrible, so worn down, no cushion just but craters. For a “nice” hotel I expect nice sheets, these were so rough! "Good for the price, and clean. The biggest issue is that the walls are VERY thin. If you’re on a bottom floor, you hear EVERY step above you. Unfortunately, the family above us has two children, who loved to run around at all hours of the night. So, sleeping was difficult. Otherwise, the property was good."

"Hotel was clean and quiet. Dated facilities and continental breakfast is all pre- packaged highly processed food and over ripe bananas. Hot Tub was "out of order" but then we were told on arrival it is being remodeled. They did allow us to use their sister facility's pool which was very nice. I would recommend staying at the 49r hotel- their sister facility down the road."

"The room appeared to be newly renovated, which was nice. However, it did have maybe like a paint smell or some type of chemical smell to it… Also the bottom of the shower was not cleaned, as there were dirt from maybe shoes and also some hair strands, so I knew it hadn’t be cleaned. The staff did come our 2nd day there, made the bed, replenished towels, and the sample size soap/shampoo/conditioner. The outdoor property grounds were appealing and well maintained."
