"The pool was green upon arrival but the issue fixed while there. The breakfast was good with a nice variety. The staff was the best part of our stay. They were all pleasant and helpful."

"It was a special day for me and my date (a surprise for her) for my 51st birthday, and although we arrived roughly 15 minutes before checkin...our room was not close to being ready. We had to wait for a call to let us know when we could go to our room. Although the staff were amazingly nice...they offered an immediate checkin to a room that had lesser amenities and not as nice...without a discount. Again, they ladies were top notch, but I presumed maybe a complementary drink at the bar while...

"Second stay, nice hotel. Room had an odd ordor; bed ok, couch not comfortable at all. Faces bed so difficult to watch tv but for one night a nice stay."

"The staff was great and the less than perfect rating was nothing on their part. The parking lot grass and bushes in the area weren’t maintained well. The grass was tall and bushes over grown. My biggest disappointment was the broken elevator. I understand there was a storm and a part was on order but I wish I had been offered a different room if possible. I wouldn’t have minded a different type of room to avoid going up and down 4 flights of stairs several times a day."

"Overall good stay. The location is perfect for Kemah and NASA adventures. The breakfast is pretty good. There was a toy in our room on the couch which makes me feel like the room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. Also, our trash was not taken out so it was overflowing when we left. Despite those things, the value for what we paid was spot on."

"There was a big mixup when I called to confirm my reservation and spoke with a man. I was told I didn't have a reservation so I registered again since there were 2 days until check in. I was charged anyway for the "non existent" reservation. The female desk clerk was professional but I wasn't happy with the extra charge. Otherwise the accommodations were great."

"Breakfast was 25 a person for typical hotel food that should be complimentary, price is way too high for what your given. Parking is 9 dollars a day. We reserved a room for double beds but were shocked to see they were just barely larger then two twin beds. We assumed they would be two queen size beds since that's been our experience at every hotel we've stayed in, in the past. Furniture was very warn down, cabinet to fridge never closed would swing open constantly. Room was always hot even with...

"Room had a good layout and was very clean. There was not a restaurant as stated on the website but several nice restaurants close by and convenience store next door. Bar was minimal"

"Nice property Tons of near by restaurants, plus you can bring your snacks to water park. Kids had a blast"
