"Check-in um tanto quanto confuso.
Chegando no hotel nossa reserva não foi localizada. Quando localizada pediram para preencher uma ficha manuscrito, estranho pois hoje em dia é tudo impresso.
O pior foi quando solicitei o carrinho de bagagem, foi informado que o hotel nao possui e que são os hóspedes que levam as suas bagagens até o quarto.
Fiquei em choque pois TODOS os hotéis que fiquei até hoje sempre disponibilizavam carrinhos para facilitar a chegada dos hóspedes com suas malas ate o...

"Wonderful place. Covered play area with toys for kids and pool and outside kitchen communal. The owner kindly gave me a ride to the ticket booth for Beto Carrero World because their website was not working for me. Very wonderful people here. Thanks so much."
