"Great location, very close to the centre but also very quiet. Beautiful building and the room was spacious and nicely fitted out. However, it was located at the end of the corridor in the staff area which was quite noisy early in the morning. Breakfast was included in our booking but disappointing with two of the items I’d have liked to order being unavailable and others offered at a high additional charge (€7 euro for an omelette). "Kjempekoselig hotel med fantastisk beliggenhet og utsyn til alle Cinque Terre. Rent, pent og ryddig alle steder. Serviceminded og hyggelig personell - vi fikk mat fra kjøkkenet selv om vi sjekket inn etter kl 22 på ankomstkvelden. Smal og svingete vei fra landsbyen og opp til hotellet men shuttelbusson gikk gikk som et pålitelig sveitserur hele dagen. En overraskende og veldig hyggelig totalopplevelse."
