"Cute hotel about 18 minutes from the Saint Louis Tran station. The breakfast was simple and convenient. There was no AC for April when we went (common in Europe) and they didn’t have a portable fan to give us so our room was very stuffy. We had to open our window a bit to get air but we were facing a street so it was a little noisy. This is very common at hotels across Europe - no AC in certain months; I think they only turn it on May/June into summer. This was the first hotel that didn’t have a fan to give us so keep that in mind if you need air flow and travelling early Spring. Other than that the hotel is nice and the staff are very friendly. They walked us up to our room to show us the way and provided the extra sheet that we needed. There’s also a delicious dessert place near the hotel. "

"Location is great. very close to public transportation. staff are nice. room is okay, with stand fan not working, floods in the bathroom when showering as shower curtain is flimsy. initially had a hard time looking for this hotel, no signage on the ground floor entrance. hotel is in the same building as best western, reception to check in is on the 5th floor, had a hard time looking for it! Overall, for the price compared to downtown basel hotels, its worth the stay."

"Iacross the street from a mall which is nice. It is NOTin Basel. It’s in Germany. You can walk from the hotel to Basel or France. Hotel is basic. Nice front desk guy! "

"We stayed in a one-bedroom apartment with one queen bed and one sofa bed. Sofa bed was ok. Kitchen was fully equipped with a washer/dryer but no dishwasher. Drying function took too long so some clothes were dried outside. Property picture shows a pool but we were told pool use was an extra 25 euros/day/person! Windows and balcony door had automated blinds. Large free parking space was convenient. There's also a E.Leclerc supermarket and other shops within a 10 minute walk which was very convenient. Uber eats delivers to the location also. Euroairport (French side) was a five minute drive. Housekeeping is only provided once a week but cleaning supplies are provided. Aside from the pool issue, we had a good stay. "

"The bed was comfortable, and the room itself was tiny; but the staff was not an impediment, but also not at all helpful-- expressing a neutrality that is perhaps appropriate for a place on the Swiss border. The property around the hotel seems to be completely fenced, and there's nothing of note around. The sort of place to spend the night if you're getting into the airport late."
