I stayed at this hotel for a total of 3 nights. Starting from the second night, I noticed that there was no hot water in my bathroom. When I called the reception to ask about it, I received an unprofessional response, such as, "Oh, we forgot to tell you." The next morning, when I went down to reception to ask again, I was shocked to hear, "It will take 3-4 days to fix, but it’s okay. You’re leaving in 2 days anyway." Instead of offering me a solution, they suggested that "You can go to the nearby public bath (hamam) to take a shower."
Also, on the first day I entered the room, the supposedly "clean" bed had several hairs on it.
In short, the location is nice, but the staff and service quality are extremely amateurish and unprofessional. The staff were polite — I have no complaints in that regard. However, hotel management should place more emphasis on professional training for its staff.
