I would definitely recommend this hotel.. My second stay was wonderful as my first stay Staffs are pleasant. Rooms are kept clean 🙂 I would only suggest if at breakfast, the menu can be different at some days.. Thank you

Not very good, so so

Room was ok but toilet smell was coming in the room. Also breakfast was not acceptable at all we did not take breakfast after the first day breakfast. Scrambled egg were uncooked and when I asked I was told so that it would cook over the time for late coming guests.

Quand j'ai donné la note horrible au personnel,je tiens à expliquer que je parle d'une seule personne à la réception qui a travaillé Dimanche 12/02/23 je ne sais pas son nom,irresponsable arrogant et mal éduqué.les autres sont trés gentils.

Die Lage des Hotel ist sehr gut, Sauberkeit, Einrichtung, stinkendes Zimmer nach fäkalien,hörte die Wc spülen vom anderen Zimmer habe so etwas noch nie erlebt.

à evitez absolument

j'ai réservé chambre vue sur la rue, je me retrouve dans une chambre prison, la réception se foute de la geule des clients, on m a promis que le lendemain j aurais une autre chambre, le lendemain impossible, heureusement le service client est intervenue pour me loger dans un autre hôtel pas loin. évitez cet arnaque

Lors de notre arrivée la personne a l’accueil nous dit ne pas avoir de réservation à mon nom et ne pas collaborer hôtel.com. Après plus de 30 minutes de négociations et une super angoisse il décide de vérifier avec mon passeport et il trouve notre réservation. Pas là moindre excuse. Concernant la chambre elle était petite, avec des marques d’usures par le temps. Surtout les parties communes. Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel.

Everything amazing except the cleaning

The Hotel stuff were amazing, the location was just perfect, near to everywhere, the tramway station a the marmaray metro station were about 3 minutes walking, the breakfast was not bad at all it was delecious and various. But the room cleaning was very bad, trash under out bads, sometimes we don’t get our bads and towels changed, it was the only thing i hated all my stay.

Das Hotel gefiel uns nicht nur wegen der guten Lage, sondern auch wegen dem freundlichen Personal das uns stets unterstützte, insbesondere Ahmad Samim, der unseren Aufenthalt um einiges bequemer machte, indem er uns bei unseren Planungen half!

Zeer onhygiënische goedkoop hotel

Wel goede locatie maar in de badkamers kwam al water, liep niet goed leeg daardoor heel badkamer vol, meerdere kamers van de 6 hadden zelfde problemen. Stonk naar riolering en stonk naar schimmel geen goed isolatie of Zo. Airco’s deden het niet. Personeel deed niet veel aan het probleem die we hadden.
