Our stay was exactly what we needed. I was there for spine surgery and they allowed me to check in an hour early which was very gracious. I also requested an extra blanket well into the night and they gladly brought one to my door which was a huge help being that I needed to rest on the couch some nights due to pain. They used what’s app to communicate any needs making it very simple to reach out at any time with questions. Fatma on staff was VERY helpful and took it upon herself to see us waiting early and accommodated our needs with a smile. She made sure the rooms were very clean and even helped navigate our way back to the apartment one evening when she saw us trying to find our way back. Highly recommend a stay here especially if your getting any surgeries or treatments at LIV hospital. It allows you to recover in a specious apartment with a washing machine. Made recovery much more comfortable for sure.
