"The receptionist was very nice but she was overwhelmed. She greeted us at about 11 pm when we arrived and she returned the next morning. Our shower flooded.
Our room was in the basement down winding stairs. The light in the stairs wouldn't stay on long enough for me to get all the way down.
Other basement rooms opened on a garden but ours didn't. Our room was at street level. They were unable to switch our room. So we changed hotels!"

"Great location, super helpful staff. Breakfast was great and served in the rooftop restaurant with panoramic views of the Sultanahmet district and the mosques nearby. The only quibble we had was that our room was on the small side and more space would have been welcome."
