Recently visited Istanbul for the first time! I had a really pleasant stay overall and would happily recommend this hotel. It’s situated in what is arguably one of the most beautiful neighbourhoods in Istanbul, easily my favourite area in the city. There are plenty of public transport options within walking distance, and you’re spoiled for choice when it comes to restaurants, cafés, and places to explore nearby.
The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference throughout the stay. The hotel itself was also very clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall comfort.
There are just a couple of areas where I think the experience could be improved. The in-room coffee and tea selection was quite limited, and upgrading this would be a nice touch. Additionally, the hotel operates with heating only, which is mentioned in the room details but I unfortunately overlooked this when booking. To their credit however, the staff were very accommodating and adjusted the temperature to be cooler during the first couple of nights. But, I was later informed this was no longer possible. For a hotel of this standard, it would be ideal to have individual room temperature control so guests can set it to their preference.
Overall, a very enjoyable stay with a few minor areas for improvement.
