It was an excellent and comfortable ten-day stay in a well-equipped hotel apartment with a good kitchen and some cooking utensils, and a very high level of security. Transportation was excellent; the taxi stand and metro station were just minutes from the hotel entrance. The hotel reception staff were outstanding and very helpful. They spoke English and were easy to communicate with, readily available to assist with any requests or services we might need. They were friendly and welcoming at any time, 24 hours a day. Room service was excellent, with daily cleaning, changing bed linens and towels every two days, and providing bottled water, toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), toilet paper, etc. Overall, this hotel is excellent in every way, and if we return to Istanbul, it will be our first choice, and I highly recommend it.

This place is located near metro station and surounded by shops . Near mall of Istanbul and Star City and 212. The rooms are clean and nice. Staff very helpful and polite and this became my fav place. İ will keep choosing this place to stay .

Great staff and lovely safe place to stay. Apartments are well laud out and roomy. Could use a few more pots in the kitchen but otherwise great.only downfall is the tram system is 15 minutes away by taxi which is a little inconvenient. Will stay again for sure.

Very pleasant!

All things being considered, we were very satisfied with our stay. The longer we were there the more we became comfortable with the area and found decent grocery stores and nice restaurants. The staff members were very polite and accommodating. Neda was exceptional, she was especially great with making sure that we were ok. She helped out with our luggages and gave us some very nice omelettes at breakfast.

If you're looking for a hotel that offers relaxation and great service, I highly recommend this hotel in Istanbul. The pool area provided a serene escape, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring the city. The delicious breakfast spread was a delightful start to each morning. The rooms were consistently clean, ensuring a comfortable stay. Moreover, the lady at the reception warmly welcomed us and went above and beyond to assist us multiple times. Overall, our experience at this hotel was truly exceptional.

We enjoyed staying in the G Tower. We had our car with us and there is easy and convenient parking under the tower. The breakfast was very good and staff are friendly - especially Neda in guest relations. She's the person to contact if you need something done. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The pool was also refreshing and the location, near the highway, was convenient. There is a small market which is super useful and there is a combo washer/dryer in the unit which was super convenient!

We only stayed 1 night in the 2 bedroom apartment with balcony. We have no complaints. It was a nice apartment on 8th floor, clean, with great views, good breakfast, free shuttle to shopping malls. The only negative point is that this accommodation and hotel is part of a medical package for foreign people who have flown in to have plastic surgery in nearby hospital. So the restaurant area was at times like sitting in a hospital canteen! But overall no complaints.

First off, getting in touch with the hotel is difficult I had to contact Expedia to figure out the real number. Once I arrived, they got my room, completely mixed up and put me a tiny office suite when I got a junior suite. ?? The breakfast is horrible. They also gave me one working room key. I pushed for two, but it was faulty. I had to keep turning in keys that weren’t working. I liked how they had a Restaurant ,convenience store & Starbucks on the property. Even though it is tourist prices .The stay is nice and clean though,(they did leave my curtain hanging on the ground, though which was kind of annoying) and the housekeeping is good around the area is noisy due to construction I would stay here again though for extended-stay purposes only.

Upon arriving it was an easy process, the personnel were very friendly to check in. I was greeted also by Neda in the lobby, she assisted my partner and I on which building we were to stay in. Side note: she was definitely a god send and the reason why I stayed at this hotel. My partner wanted to change hotels completely once we saw the room. I booked the Superior Condo, which stated it was 915sqft, which we felt was great and enough space. It definitely was not, it seemed like 650sqft. The bed was small and so was the shower, you can barely turn around in it. The couch was filthy and many other things were not up to par, in that apartment . If I knew, I would have tried to upgrade to the executive suite, but I’m sure it may not have been an option. We didn’t want to be a pain and complain but The room I had faced the street, even on the 28th floor it was very noisy, I did not sleep well at all. The only saving grace was guest relations (Neda) she went above and beyond to make sure even though there were Mis-steps, my partner and I still felt cared about; as this was our first time in Türkiye, we did not want to complain much on our holiday, but it was not as expected. I would stay there again if I have a better, quieter room.
