it's was an lovely stay and the shopping outlet is a 2 min walk.. this is the third time I stay in this hotel, each year we spend two to three nights... and there is a lion park and an aquarium and a theme park.

enjoyable hotel near all attractions.

Our stay was amazing and full of pleasure . It was one of the best holidays that we enjoyed. The food and view is wonderful, Wifi is excellent. This will be one of our best properties that we will visit every time we come to Istanbul. It is in a waking distance from all the attractions there, I suggest that you give some discount to access the aquapark and theme-park ;) All the services were 100% It is a bit expensive especially the rate with breakfast. It is completely opposite of old city. Very quiet and nice lots of food places to eat and do shopping as well around hotel. Food was delicious at yacht club restaurant and Hunger restaurant. Staff is polite and nice. It was a struggle to communicate but they have staff members who speak English.

My December 2023 Trip

Our trip to Istanbul was from November 29 to December 3. The trip lasted five days, but it was very beautiful. We stayed in the Crowne Plaza Tuzla, a very beautiful hotel, the staff there are distinguished, their breakfast is very wonderful, the workers in the restaurant are distinguished, especially the employee Rabiya and Aysegul, who speaks English fluently. She met us with a smiling face, asking us about our needs in the restaurant and if we needed anything that was not available in the buffet. We thank her for this special treatment. I would also like to thank Chef Ismail for his wonderful ethics and constant follow-up of the restaurant’s customers. Thanks to them all

Lovely Room, Friendly Staff, Good Experience

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. I was welcomed to the hotel by a very friendly concierge who offered to take my bag from the taxi and helped to translate between myself and the driver, before introducing me to the reception staff whom were equally as friendly. The room itself was exceptionally nice, very spacious and clean with a lovely patio/ balcony, and a large desk for working from. The location of the room however, was less than ideal. Situated on the ground floor directly adjacent to the large reception/ sitting/ restaurant area meant that I could here everything into the night and struggled to sleep due to the noise. The room could have benefitted from some additional sound proofing, or an additional door/ lobby placed between the room and hallway. The food within the two restaurants was lovely, and the staff also very friendly. Although it was a shame that more local cuisine was not being served, instead more fast food such as burgers and quesadillas. Regardless it was very tasty. I had hoped to charge my meal to the room however, for whatever reason, this failed and I received a phone call to my room asking me to return to the restaurant and pay by card instead - not a problem. What was annoying was the subsequent two phone calls asking me to return and pay even though I already had! Regardless the stay was very nice, and I shall definitely consider this hotel again should I return to the area.

Paid extra for Sea View and there is no such thing

The hotel makes a clear differentiation between standard rooms, "Sea View", and "Marina View". I paid extra for Sea View. They gave me a Marina View and argued it is the same. The only difference ythey said is that it is 2nd floor.But still looking at the mall and the marina and the small canal for boats. No Sea View. Why did I pay extra? The manager said that the canal is the sea view although there is a sea out there. They kept arguing that the Marina View is the Sea View. No sense at all. And the manager was not friendly or pleasant at all. Very argumentative not very polite and not attentive to my needs or to the expected customer service level from this hotel. Even the concierge told me that there are Sea View rooms and they were not telling me the truth. Why did I pay extra. They could have at least said we'll make it up for you on your next visit and just apologized. That would have been enough. But instead argued that 1st floor is Marina View and second floor is Sea View eventhough it overlooks the mall and the boats. Incredible.

The receptionist was rude and unfriendly. I mentioned I was a vip and he questioned me to show him proof. When I showed him, he dismissed it. Continued to say we will have to wait for a room. we waited about 45 minutes. While we were waiting they were trying to sell us a boat ride. He said it was 100 dollars then by the end he said it should be $250. I said no thank you. Then while we were walking we went over the water. And got the same offer for $130. So that left a bad taste in my mouth. We asked for an extra bed. Never got it until I reminded them. In the morning there was a flood in the bathroom bc the drain was not working. My suitcase and shoes was soaked. To top it off the lights in the room kept going on all night. It was a nightmare. We went there to go to the spa as it said there was one and there was no spa! I have stayed at a Crowne plaza in before and this one was a nightmare. The resturant people were very nice and helpful! We paid for breakfast and since we had a flood and had to clean it up we missed it and they did not even care! Never again .
