What a beautiful hotel. Loved every bit of my stay. Clean, gorgeous views, friendly professional staff. Close to boats to travel. They grab taxi service as needed for you. Amazing breakfast on the Bosphorus. Didn’t want to share this hidden gem. Thank you for everything during my stay!!

We enjoyed our stay in this georgous Ottoman mansion. It was lovely to have traditional Turkish breakfast near the sea watching Bosphorus. We liked the Beylerbeyi neighbourhood with its continous breeze, many local cafes, restaurants, and shops.

Otel güzel ve konforlu ,sanırım pencereler tadilat olmuş önceki geldiğimizdeki ses ve hava girmiyor artık odaya bu yüzden önceki kalışımızdanda daha çok memnun kaldık. Sadece kahvaltı çok zayıf , sıkma portakal suyu yerinede meyve suyu konulması kötü .

Rezervasyon yaparken bıraktığım notu dikkate alıp istedigimden fazlasını sağladılar. Servis, personel, temizlik ve kahvaltı çok iyidi, keşke daha uzun süre kalabilseydik diyorum.

Highly recommended

I had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel over 3 nights in May 24. It is newly refurnished in a historical site with unbeatable views of the Bosphorus. The staff at reception were extremely friendly, always willing to assist. The breakfasts and dining staff were also exceptional.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Bosphorus Palace Hotel. Easy parking, beautiful rooms and the staff are incredible attentive to your needs. The breakfast was delicious as well as the 2 dinners we had in the restaurant. Everything was fresh and tasty. We will recommend this place to others and will stay again.

I had a delightful large Bosphorus sea view corner room. It was well designed, historic, and had a view of the Mosque next door and the men who come pole fishing each data at 6 am for sprats!! Very charming. The staff are lovely (and could improve their English to make their jobs easier). All in all my 3 nights were wonderful. Yusuf makes a great cosmopolitan cocktail!!

Excellent hotel in a beautiful location on the bosphorus with easy access and taxi booking facility. Breakfast was delicious with a variety served each morning. We had a stay of 4 nites and 2 rooms from 17-21 July a family of 5 including 1 infant. Hotel was very clean and well maintained to perfection. Also most important mention for Mr Erdnic who was the extremely professional and polite during our stay and ensured we had a fantastic stay. This hotel not only has the most beautiful view of the bosphorus but also he most professional and lovely team that ensure your stay is superb. Thank you will be back soon. Special thanks to Mr Erdinc and team.🙏🌹

Uncomfortable stay

This was my second stay at the hotel. I had an amazing experience for the first stay. This time I had a busy schedule and arrive at the hotel at 23.15. The room I was given was horrible. Low ceiling, small and the AC was at the side of the bed and directly blowing to the bed. Therefore I had to turn it off not to get sick. I kindly asked the receptionist to change my room or if they have other options several times. He did not bother himself to give me a comfortable room, instead he offered that he could check if I was willing to pay additional fees. The breakfast, the service there and the restaurant view was awesome, again. I had an uncomfortable and sweaty night with no AC. This experience did not match with what I had before. I could see it depends on the people who sits at the reception...

Eksikler tamamlanırsa güzel olacak.

Otel güzel yenilenmiş, ferah olmuş ama eksikler giderilmeden misafir kabul edilmiş. Odamızda perde yoktu ve 2 m mesafedeki yalının sakinleri bizi rahatlıkla izleyebiliyordu. Ayrıca yan yalının ve otelin sokak ışıkları odamızı gün gibi aydınlatıyordu.Odada terlik yoktu. Tv'de uydu yayını ayarları yapılmamıştı. Sadece bir kaç yerli yayın izlenebiliyordu. Yatak örtüsü konulmamıştı. Yağmur olukları yere kadar yapılmadığı için borudan gelen su 2 m yüksekten yere aktığı için bütün gece yağan yağmurun su şapırtısı rahatsız etti. Sonuçta izlenme hissi, ışık ve sesten dolayı gece uyuyamadık. Bunların dışında otel temiz, personel çok kaliteli, nazik, manzara güzel, yemekler güzeldi.
