"In fairness, we were not in our rooms much. The morning breakfast buffet was good. Fresh orange juice was excellent! The restaurant does not open until 7:30 pm which is great for European time, but we wanted to eat earlier and explored the city. The room was a little dated and crowded, safe hard to reach without kneeling, towels were somewhat worn, had to ask for body wash to be refilled, The staff was extremely helpful and competent. I liked the location of the hotel and would stay there...

"We loved our stay here! Room 18 was spacious and even had an upstairs loft with sitting area and tv. Staff spoke excellent English and were very helpful with local tips and arranging a taxi to the airport. Great location also with lots of close places to see and eat/snack/drink."

"Do not stay at this property. There is no disclosure that most taxis cannot get to the hotel due to the massive construction project nearby. We were dropped off half a mile a way and had to drag our bags down old streets and try to figure out where the property was. THIS IS NOT A 5 STAR PROPERTY AND NOT WORTH THE MONEY. "We booked this property because it had a pool but the day before check in they let us know that the pool was not available but that we could use the pool at other properties, one of which was 30 mins away. I asked if they could move the booking to these other locations but they did not have availability. I feel a discount should be offered in this instance, without a car in a foreign city it’s not convenient to travel to another location for the pool. I will also say that it should be noted...
