Hotel Dekat Istana Urwa bin Al-Zubayr

"Excellent service from start to finish. With thanks to concierge Zafran and to all the amazing staff whose names I can't remember. They were all extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, breakfast buffet was excellent, lifts were efficient. Well located, close to Raudhah. Really good price point and over delivered. "

"The hotel is awesome, clean and comfortable. In the hot weather of Madinah, the A/C is very nice It is not really on the haram, but it is close enough"

"The best hotel in maddena"

"The king size bed was not comfortable"

"Clean room. Friendly staff"

"tranquil stay"

"No daily room clean. You have to request it multiple times"

"Generally, the hotel is good. Food is nice, transport to and from The Haram was fantastic. The only thing which is some how below the standard is about house keeping. No one was available to collect the rubbish, supply of toile tissue was available on request. Appart from that I am si happy to be there"

"Great overall stay and they even let us check out a little bit late. Super close to Masjid al nabawi"

"Excellent buffet by Egyptian chefs Staff very helpful to give you knowledge in the local area Perfect budget option Approximately 15 minutes from the mosque Building is always well air conditioned Nearby ATM"

"Very cozy and comfortable. Private location and clean. Not close to Haram Madani."

"Okay so far could be better"

"No proper communication and very uncomfortable beds"

"They don’t provide water bottles daily Just the first day, I requested for housekeeping, and they never showed up. I had to ask for towels daily and toilet paper. Other than that, it was a good experience about 10 minutes from the haraam. I uber it back and forth."
