"Let's start with the pros: This property is a ~5 minute walk from the Arezzo train station, so it is potentially very convenient to use if you are visiting other towns by train each day. The place was adequately cleaned and maintained, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. As mentioned by others, the AC worked well in our unit, even though it blew directly on our faces as we slept (not comfortable). Breakfast was ok considering the price, and they had some light kitchen facilities...

A small shelf or shower caddy would be nice so you don’t have to bend over to pick up your shampoo in the shower. A towel hook would be nice too. Check in is complicated. You go to one building to get the keys, then they tell you to go to the building next door to your room, then go a few blocks over to actually check in and pay your...
