"This was a no-frills hotel quiet, clean and we felt secure. Unfortunately, I thought it was a bit over-priced for the location and no on-site restaurant. Would not recommend if you want to be near tourist attractions. The reception was easy and offered good information. Breakfast was traditional continental European breakfast."

Wellness-Bereich war nicht in Betrieb, ich nehme aber an, dass man die Sauna auch für uns geöffnet hätte. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück in einem großzügigen Frühstücksbereich mit mehreren Räumen. "The staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful, including directions to local attractions and restaurant recommendations. The room was much larger than the typical hotel room one finds in Europe. It's in a great location to explore Bamberg. The breakfast was high quality and sumptuous. And...........at a price less expensive than other properties we stayed at in Germany."

Customer Service 5⭐️ - feels family run

"It's an old hotel with lot's of characters but also with nice ND comfortable modern furnishings. Above all, the staff was so kind and helpful as if we were in a 5 star resort. Close to the hauptbahnhof and has an underground garage where we could also lock up our ebikes. The breakfast was a bit expensive but the food was very fresh and tasty. I highly recommend staying here as a nice addition to Babergs friendly and welcoming vibe. "
