"This is a good property, but I would definitely recommend that they mention the check in process online, especially for people arriving a little late at night . First off this property is in an area that doesn’t allow cars so I had to walk all the way to search for it. "Luisa was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned for our enjoyment of the area. The room and common area were lovely. Enjoyed the water, coffee and small treats. She arranged for a taxi for us to the train station. Just lovely!!!!"

"We were really happy here. It was a walkable distance from the centre and close the the wall. The rooms were comfortable and had air con and the staff were very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. They also booked a taxi for us when we checked out. We would definitely recommend and stay here again. Thank you "

"Booked to stay here 2 nights following late arrival / early departure at Pisa airport. It really does only take 5 mins to walk over so very convenient. The room was clean and had air conditioning, towels provided - we didnt need anything else. Good selection for breakfast and the owners were very welcoming despite late arrival and ensured we had access to the breakfast from 5am on departure "
