"We arrived at the office to collect the keys (when we eventually found the office) at 14:00.
The staff at the office we very unpleasant, I understand that they are very busy managing hundreds of apartments across the city, but still it doesn't justify them being so unfriendly.
They told us that we couldn't enter the apartment until 15:00, because cleaning might be in progress, but we could drop off our things and return later.
We dropped off our things by 14:15, and as we were leaving we saw...

"Everything about the hotel itself was immaculate. When we came down to the lobby at 5:15 a.m. to catch an early train to Paris, there were hundreds of young people partying in the street in front of the hotel. The lace was trashed. Loud music. Dozens of shouting drunk people. Threatening environment for sure. The gentleman at the desk was frustrated and embarrassed, saying “It is every night”. He called 3 huge security guys to escort us through the crowd across the street to the train station....

"Loved the location of the hotel. The fridge with drinks were great, the weather was hot, so they were appreciated. Struggled to find a light switch for the extra lights in the bathroom. Our room backed onto the lift, so it could be noisy. The room itself was lovely and spacious. Would recommend the hotel, but would have preferred a different room."

"The staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices with vegetarian options. The courtyard off the lobby is a pleasant place to spend some time for a drink or an espresso. A good choice for work meetings/conferences or vacationing. The hotel is close to the Metro. Taxis and Uber readily available in front of the hotel. The staff at the reception desk are very helpful in securing a ride or pointing you in the right direction if you decide to walk...
