"If you are visiting Venice and don’t want to deal with luggage in Venice (look it up), this is a fabulous option. Great staff, cleaned very well. Very well soundproofed. Ok, the elevators aren’t the best, but you’re on vacation. Small price to pay, especially since this is a great deal. "

"We loved our 2 night stay at the Palazzo Dei Fiori! Our 2 BR unit was very spacious, well equipped and clean. It is located in a quieter area of Venice but just a quick walk to all the popular places to visit. They have free self service laundry, which we appreciated after 2 weeks of vacation. I would highly recommend the Palazzo Dei Fiori!"

"Great location. Many restaurants and shops are a short distance away. The breakfast was quite generous. But noises from the square adjacent to the property was a bit loud at night. The washer and dryer took a lot longer than expected to complete a load of laundry. Overall, a really good place to stay in Venice."

"The people on the reception were very friendly and competent. Prices at the bar were totaly ok. Our apartment in the castle was big and comfortable. Animations for the kids were every evening and the Animators did a good job. On saturday evening there was a band, who played Songs od the 80's. It was cool! All in all a well-organized host."
