"We had a good time and everything was very convenient. Property is a little dated and could use a refresh of paint here and there.
Staff was okay, not overly friendly at all and front desk person not as warm and welcoming on checkin and check out. Felt like a bother really.
Last issue - adult pool needs it's own hot tub. We went to the main pool since it was cooler and misty raining and there were tons of kids in the hot tub, unsupervised, playing, dunking each other, etc. No staff member...

"We just returned from a 16 day roadtrip & this resort was bar-none the finest & most beautiful of all our stays. 5 stars all the way. The grounds are immaculate with lovely walkways along the Marina. 3 pools; fire pits; ping-pong; & a no-swim private beach. The restaurant was very good as well. The rooms were beautiful! Beautiful ocean views; coastal decor in blues & oranges - immaculate! The bed & pillows were comfy & the rooms were quiet. Very convenient location - right next to the Aircraft...

"We love the level of service and cleanliness of the hotel. The breakfast buffet is always excellent with several options. The really special part is the Kickback at 530 in the afternoon. Snacks(dinner!) and drinks(3 alcohol beverages FREE) . We would recommend this location to all!!"

"I wasn't able to stay here because I wasn't notified that there was a problem with the payment until I got to the hotel. Never received an email to the email provided at reservation. I was told by the front desk because Expedia reached out to them about the issue regarding payment they canceled the reservation. Me and family had to try and find something at the last minute. I don't plan to use Expedia again."

"I was placed in a room adjacent to the ice machine and elevator, even though the hotel was barely occupied. The breakfast was on par with a gas station. I travel frequently for business, and the Hilton name is no longer a mark of quality or comfort. Hilton is the Taco Bell of hotels."

"OMGosh!!! What a great surprise this place was. Right in the center of the action and a short drive to Patriots Point, the Old Village in Mount Pleasant and close enough for an affordable Uber to Charleston. So many restaurants were within walking distance and we could hear all the live music while we were swimming in the pool. This was a great place for our family (kids 10 and 13) because the area was full of college kids and young adults (who were all very respectful) but the hotel itself...

"Everything was great. Have been going there for years, and this was one of the best times. The beach and the weather were perfect. The staff did what they were supposed to without anyone watching. They were all helpful and friendly.
It was also very nice of the hotel to arrange to give use of free beach chairs during
the stay. They were cute pink and white with a canopy. This meant a lot since the new beach chair rental company gouges by charging $60 a day for their chair rental. ...

"Property was dirty along with the rooms. No housekeeping for the entire week we were at the facility. Clean towels were provided but only when requested (5days). Repairs were needed in the room, bathroom, and the entire facility. Staff appeared to be totally disconnected from the needs of the customer. Carpeting throughout was stained and threadbare. Someone needs to take a serious look at how this facility is being managed before someone gets seriously injured."
