"It has been awhile since I had an opportunity to stay at BW in Plattsburgh but it is by far a well maintained hotel. Staff are all very helpful and polite."
"The key cards to get in my room were constantly failing which required a return on no less than six occasions to reprogram the key card. This was most inconvenient and annoying! I had no shampoo or conditioner in my shower which was highly disappointing with wet hair and no way to wash it. The staff member in the lobby was using inappropriate and foul language while conversing with colleagues. The pool walls were rusty and need to be cleaned or repainted. Guests or other parties were in parking lot for hours late into the wee hours of the morning and should have been told to dissipate. My friends tv signal went out on her last day. A refund for all or part of this stay is requested."
"It was a very nice place. When the housekeeper came in, she didn’t make the bed but just took the trash and left extra towels. The room was great but no smart TVs. That was disappointing. The restaurants weren’t open late enough. I would stay there again though"
"Fine hotel, although checkin staff were not very friendly or responsive. In the morning no hot water in the shower, which they just shrugged off when I told them. Breakfast is fine, rooms are clean and comfortable. With hot water it would have been nice!"
"was very dissapointed i had recently lost my husband he passed away my sisters and i just wanted to get away at a nice hotel with pool and hot tub but all was under maintenance we were very dissapointeed because of this we were offered to go to days inn we did but hot tub was occupied,"
