"Summary: Incredible staff went above and beyond. They just about overcame the issues related to the renovations beginning and being needed for the room in which we stayed. The lobby has already been completed, and looks excellent. I would stay here again after the rooms have been renovated. The rooms are huge by NYC standards and the views are excellent (three bridges!). Details: On top of the rooms being at the end of their natural life, the bathtub and shower valves did not seem to work...

"Clean beds, good window AC unit, able to accommodate for a mini fridge I needed for my medication. Booked two nights with Expedia and had to add an additional night which was handled without any issue through a phone call. 2 blocks walk from the bus station, and 1-2 from the train. Easy to access ice machine, water cooler, microwaves. Would stay again!"

"The sink supposed to be in the wash room is actually outside soon you enter the room the cleaners never came to clean the room even though asked numerous times the room is very small for the rate of almost $400. "Many broken furnitures, door to the bathroom is unnecessarily too heavy and handle came broken when we entered, as well as the shower handle was easily broken and got off with the slightest pull, the shower door is also too heavy and dangerous with no door cushions it could easily breaks in the future, the entrance to our room also has no door stopper so the wall was very dented and will break in the future, overall it was poorly designed and built."
