"The shower was awful with water spraying out everywhere but little pressure. Couldn’t even get my hair wet. Toilet wouldn’t flush. I called and they did come and fix the shower and toilet. Ants in the kitchen area. Told them abs I was told it was from rain. WiFi was out for 2 days was told from weather although all the other places we went had wifi. Never came to clean the room. I requested towels and garbage removal. They brought towels but never took garbage. Was told when we got there they would refill the water dispenser but never did that either. Location was good for the beach! Probably would not stay there again."

"Did not have warm warm water for most of the stay Bar staff was not helpful when needing towels, drinks etc Beach was ok Restaurant staff was great Front counter staff was great Room was spacious Air conditioning was great Property was supposed to be adults only but there were kids on some days"

"Excellent clean hotel. It’s right in the middle of main restaurant area and near Playa Centro & Playa Norte. Also near La Trigueña & centro area. They clean rooms daily, unless you say otherwise. They have water cooler on each floor & friendly front desk clerk majority of the day along with night guard late at night/early morning. Air conditioning & fan are on point. Fridge included with is definitely a plus. I will definitely be returning and 100% recommend this hotel."

"We had a very pleasant stay for 5 nights. The room and the view was superb. The pools were properly sized and clean. The beach was quiet and private. The staff could do a better job cleaning the seaweed near shore and in the sand. The most disturbing events happened at dinner times. The staffs were over worked and under educated on how to get people timely to their tables and hot food delivered. We waited 45 minutes with empty unclean tables just waiting. Very frustrating and very slow. The best food and service was at the pool bar and kitchen. We ate there the most due to the better service and better food selection. For the price I would not go back due to the service."

"We enjoyed our stay. The room, the pool, and hot tub was clean and the bed was comfortable. The food was good yet after a week of ordering from the same menu, it got a bit stale. But again, the food was good. Disappointing that they didn’t serve local fish. I also didn’t realize you couldn’t walk the beach from the hotel and the swimming in front of the hotel wasn’t great. Additionally, when we asked about excursions, particularly fishing, they kept telling us to come back and they’d have info for us. We gave up and reserved excursions on line. Overall, it was worth the money."
