"5 gece konakladık ve kaldığımız daireden memnun kaldık. Evin kendisini de güzel inşa etmişler dışarıdan güzel görünüyor ve balkonda oturup yemek yemek keyifliydi. Hijyen açısından ortalamaydı rahatsızlık duymadık ama daha iyi de olabilirdi. Otopark yok kapının önü de hep doluydu arabayı arka sokağa park ettik. hotels.com'un "otelde öde" seçeneği olmasına rağmen önceden parayı çekmek istedikleri için gitmeden ödemenin bir kısmını yaptık. "The location is very good. Many shops nearby, public parking space, the Ören beach was awesome and free. There was a tiny kitchen with kettle and a large place to eat outside with their provided table and chairs (That is a good plus). The place was free of mosquitos and they had mosquito nets. We stayed in 3 bedroom place, note that the beds are good if you are two people, but the 3rd bed in one of the rooms was a sofa bed -that can be opened- was not prepared before our arrival. "Also alles ist gelogen. Man hat dort kein eigenen Pool man hat keine Bettwäsche man hat keine Handseife. Man hat niemals Toilettenpapier man hat einfach ganz und gar nichts. Balkontür ist kaputt kann man einfach aufregen. Also schrecklich für das Geld hätte ich ne Villa gemietet wirklich mit einer eigenen Pool"

"Otel resimlerde gözükenlerle aynı. Çok temiz ve ferah. Yeni bir işletme olduğu için herşey yeni ve ince detaya kadar düşünülerek dizayn edilmiş. Kahvaltısı çok zengin, ev yapımı doğal ürünler sunuyorlar. Bir kahvaltı mekanında ekstra ücrete dahil olan şeyler burada kahvaltının içine dahil. "We had a lovely time at Tunc Otel. The owners are very kind, helpful and accommodating. They were very responsive to our needs. We felt like we were home. The location of the hotel is excellent. We find the atmosphere very pleasant. It was especially delightful to have our breakfast in the outdoor dining area of the hotel among pine and fig trees. There were an abundance of delicious choices provided for breakfast featuring unique tastes of the Agean region, prepared in tasty locally produced olive oil. The hotel offered reasonable prices for dining options. We thank the owners for the wonderful time we had at the Tunc Otel."

"To start with the room was not what we booked, we booked a sea view room and ended up with a street view room! The electricity key was broken, it was a challenge to put the key in to have the electricity to work. Was quite noisy as well. The smell from the toilet was disgusting, we told the receptionist but as they didn't speak English, they didn't do anything about it! The hotel is really old and can benefit from some modernisation and maintenance. To be honest the property is not worth the price we paid, I would not book it again and advise against it."

"A lovely boutique hotel in Cunda within walking distance to the marina, restaurants, market. Parking across the street. Delicious Turkish breakfast with generous serves. Staff were friendly and courteous. The standard room was a little small but comfortable. I’m sorry I don’t speak Turkish to thank them for our short but enjoyable stay. Cunda is quiet and relaxing away from the busy-ness of Ayvalik and a short distance further if thinking about a stopover. Make sure you go to Tas Kahve for Turkish coffee or gelato and watch the coffee beans being ground by a handsome Turkish man lifting a 33 kg weight!"

"We had the big king size room. It was very comfortable and clean. Air conditioner was new and very cool. Very convenient location. Mr Celal the hotel manager is an excellent person who helped us for our tour booking money exchange and taxi transportation to our destination. We stayed four days. We are very pleased to find such a nice hotel and an excellent manager. "
