"It was terrible. Basics were not provided kettle to boil water, tea bags, good coffee, cooktop worked in a very different way. If you are an American , don’t stay here. Neighbors were like we hate these people who rent their places as AB&B. They had bugs . Denmark was not a good experience after visiting other European countries "

"The front desk team are lovely. The breakfast is interesting - everything is cold.. We popped the 'please make up my room' sign on twice during our visit and it was just ignored however when we didnt put up the sign we came back to a clean room. Depending on what you order dinner can be really good. We had 2 lovely servers. A 20 min walk towards the Tivoli, shopping and tour activities. "

"What a wonderful couple of days we had here. Hypernym feels like quite an exclusive area of an already impressive hotel. The private entrance was a very sweet touch and a nice surprise.
